Well, guess it is going to be a rough ride for us ramp rats here in the land of Elvis. it has been a wild and weird trip since uncle dougie sold us out. Like we had a say in the "merger" between Northworst and Delta. I may only be a lowly part time ramper, but I have been with this flying sideshow for too long.18 years with these theiving thugs. I've seen a lot of good people lose a lot. We have lost so much in the last 15 years, the union contracts have gone to the dogs. The loss of vaction days, sick pay, paid holidays, much more. Need we lose anything else? The probable end to this whole freak show will be that horrid word none of us airline workers want to hear, outsourcing. Sure, the upper miss management team swears that Memphis will not change, I think the head Dude needs to come clean and just tell us to start looking for other employment.Can we remember what happened to the last Delta workers here in Memphis? Does McD's have a 401 plan?
